I need with a POSTGRES sql , to transform in a text file .
i save it in .sql

how i do , or how i can read this sql file, or how to save PostgreSQL output to text file

i have it in .sql format, but i try to see it:

It looks like your dump is saved as a binary pg_dump. You need to load it into the database and then extract the necessary data from the database as text
Use "pg_restore" to load data from file into database and use sql requests in previous messages above to make text

Solve :
pg_dump -h localhost -p 5432 -U postgres bec -N topology -T spatial_ref_sys > GoodDB.sql
