Russian citizens can't be extradited according to russian Constitution, same in Ukraine & Belorussia. Criminal case is still going on, most of them are still under arrest.

Я думаю, что ошибочно полагать, что страна может защитить вас от экстрадиции. Экстрадиция это не столько вопрос страны, сколько вопрос ценности. Вопрос в том, что вы можете предложить ?

Страна не может, а вот какой нибудь высокий чиновник, вполне, надо просто накопать подход. Главное территорию крыши не покидать, bratva селезнева вот и не вытащили, но там обида на отца, может сам саботировал, ну а скрипт же хорошо переоделся, правда через кого - тайна покрытая мраком.

Кстати, Иранский паспорт - 90к, там у них вообще есть программа переселения для талантов, инженеров и пр. Дают 3 жены, квартиру, ковер самолет в придачу. Северный Тегеран бомбить не будут, там все сливки, не жизнь а сказка.

P.s. а вообще для креативщиков здесь, удивительно, чего я не встретил варианта прописаться на яхте и по средиземному швартоваться где удобно, благо островов и нейтральных вод хватает. Локбит так вообще, на доступах по постоплате с выплаты, может на самолете с дозаправкой летать 365 дней в году, пока радиация не съест.
