Go to China, the social environment is much safer than Vietnam, you can go out to eat barbecue and drink beer at night, and China strictly prohibits the use of guns, so you will not face being shot, but Vietnam might

I can say you for sure - if you want to live on a run - in most cases you can't do it for a long time, this lifestyle is not for everybody. Another important thing - do not think that there is an easy solution how to do any kind of shit on internet without any consequances :) There is no magic pill.
 
China, Cuba, Belarus, Vietnam, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Bahrain, Qatar, Malta (I am not so sure on this last one)

information like this we need to know . i want make a list where *cannot* be extradited. ( not for me , but is better to know.)

North Korea закрытая страна, там даже туристом побыть не просто, и ты там не сможешь даже в интернето нормально работать.

Я думаю, что ошибочно полагать, что страна может защитить вас от экстрадиции. Экстрадиция это не столько вопрос страны, сколько вопрос ценности. Вопрос в том, что вы можете предложить ?

И как вы будете оценивать нарушение договоренностей, закона, последствия дипломатического скандала? В данном вопросе утереться и проехать полнейший зашквар.

Oh shit, didn't knew that. But you know snitches get stitches. I will never understand why people snitch on their own. I appreciate you sharing this and for your advice. OpSec is really the most vital part of things.

Russia has no extradition only to US and only for own citizens. if you are outsider citizen, you will be sended in EU or anywhere in few days ))
Так в этом и вся суть что государство не позволяет никому чужому наказывать своих граждан. А выдачу осуществляет согласно договоренностям, например Россия не выдаст гражданина Китая, Европейскому Союзу, и Японии не выдаст, но может выдворить его в Китай. Именно поэтому важен вопрос обретения гражданства.
