Out of boredom, I ended up reading about "Countries without extradition". But, most of the articles, say that Ukraine does not extradite, but we see "boys" already in custody of "enemy" :D.
How governmental institutions collaborate with each other, how they catch it and shut it down, as websites look with sized and mega headiness articles.
My first impression the single "Countries With No Extradition Treaty" with Interpol , Europol , and also with US. is Russia, Belarus, China and also Afghanistan :D
I'm curious to know what these states would be?

If you are a Russian citizen and living in Vietnam and the US requests extradition to the US, Vietnam will not do it. If your documents are not valid, they will deport you back to your country (Russia)

forget Bosnia and Herzegovina. Go to Vietnam, u are safe here :D Warmly welcome

Китай?
Надо наверное искать страну где можно сделать инвестицию что бы получить гражданство и что бы она не экстрадировала.

China, with their surveillance is a big no, I wouldn't live there even if they pay me

Ну в любом случае получение гражданства страны которая не выдает это важный момент. Иначе у тебя риск выдворения будет стоять постоянно, жить в таком стрессе не полезно.

Yeah, I do agree. Just not China. The stress however is really enormous. I didn't know countries from the Balkan like Bulgaria and Romania run a fast extradition, I suppose this isn't the case with Serbia. Isn't that a variant? Not sure.

Почему же нет? Знаю парня который уехал, ему нравиться. Но смотри прежде чем сказать нет или да, слетай на месяц или больше, поживи чуть чуть, когда поживешь то сразу увидишь что там все не так как тебе казалось, это и в хорошем и плохом смысле.
