[need suggestion] Socks5/4/4a Tunneler?

Any good recommendations on Socks5/4/4a Tunneler? Private/Public?

I have used chisel, PowerProxy, Cobat, Msf, etc almost all public solutions.

I just want to create tunnel for RDP and other because outbound connections to net is not allowed (there are some conditions in GPO that i need to look)

You can even DM me your solution if you have any.

If you are running rdesktop on the client-side (instead of the native Windows client), you can use rdp2tcp.
It allows you to manage TCP ports forwarding through a RDP connection.

ps i did not tried it by myself.
