i paid user @ Greenguava 1000$ for 2k DL and ssn which he promised to deliver to me the next day the next day came i did not get anything from him the escrow time was almost run out he told me he was downloading the files from the database so I made him an offer to sell the database to me which he agreed on selling for 1k with the escrow money i already paid

so when he sent me access to the database and I logged in he made me hurry to release the money to him so that I would get a lot of dl in the database ii believed him since he told me he was downloading the files from the database

so he told me the database is in a drive that i need to sync it so i bought an rdp he helped me with syncing the database all the shit he gave me is done downloading i have been asking him to come and show me where the dl is he said i am the one scamming him

i paid for the data to download DL and Ssn

i got nothing

he said I would get more than 2000 dl with this database he sold to me but not a single one I have seen

either show me where the DL is or refund

this is where he promised he has downloaded over 300 dl from the same database he sold to me and I can't find any

You started with a lie. You wanted to purchase 2000 DL from me for $1000, after less than 24hrs you changed your mind and wanted me to sell you login to company that has DL , password, and whole DATABASE for $1300 which i agreed. I told you to tell the forum admin to cancel the present escrow so we can create a new one based on your new desire to purchase the DB but you said no need that i should just give you the login and help you synchronize the over 275GB DB to your server. I helped you synchronize it on your server and even tried to do a second one for you. I also gave you the login and helped you resolve any syncing issues afterwards you released my escrow and i got paid. The syncing took days because of the size of their DB and your server speed. Afterwards you started disturbing me to help you parse the DB and extract DL which isn't part of our deal. Why can't you parse the DB yourself. If you insist i scammed you, i will offer the ADMIN the login and access to the DB too so he can check himself. You are the scammer here who is yet to pay my balance of $300 despite delivering the DB access and helping you to sync. You said you will pay balance after i helped you setup the DB on your server which i did, but you never paid. I should be the one writing arbitration against you not the other way round.

I looked carefully. Terms of our deal was the goods (2k USA DL), not access to where they are. In any case, we will not avoid the prescribed conditions (despite your changes).

What's unfair? I did not ask you for a replacement or a refund. Please, complete the deal as was agreed in terms. Let seller to receive DB from access, not access. Please comply with the arbitration award.
