Offshore banks

Hello guys, regarding 90's there was something like OFFSHORE banks which are in Switzerland and some islands etc like fully anonymous, so I was wondering if there still some who give full anonymity service nowadays with out KYC ? where to find further infos ?

I think this banks is not in CRS countries (Switzerland and most "offshores" islands is CRS).
Try North Korea, Iran or Myanmar, they in blacklist FATF, they money launders, may be anonymous.
