Has anyone seen that new perm ban tool for xbox?

I am wondering how it is happening. I am assuming its just botting a ton of accounts to spam the target with reports. I know these kinds of exploits work with the xbox game bar on windows but I am not too sure how the xbox ban exploit is really working. I'm guessing they invite the target to the party, use a tool to get certain info from the target like XUID or something like that and then giving that to the bots. Any info and help would be nice. It's an interesting situation happening on the platform.
