Warning for V3SP3R. Seeking community opinion on this case. A type of scam targeting those who are uninformed.

1.
He offers a dropper service and claims his dropper 100% bypasses smartscreen.
During the first transaction, his dropper didn't trigger any warnings.
However, after the second transaction, it started to show warnings.

So, regardless of what he says, it contradicts his initial claim of 100% smartscreen bypass.

2.
He claims that his dropper can place an exe into the exclusion zone of WD and prevent the exe from being scanned.
However, it was blocked on Windows 10.

So, regardless of what he says, it contradicts his initial claim of "his dropper can place an exe into the exclusion zone of WD and prevent the exe from being scanned"

3. His dropper can convert files from .exe --> .scr, but he told me that he can no longer do the conversion like he did before (since he had done it for me previously).
I accepted this, but issues 1 and 2 still occurred.

He tries to convince the admin that smartscreen warnings only appear when executing within a WinRAR archive.

It's laughable, as everyone expects the smartscreen to not show warnings in any case since he claimed his dropper bypasses smartscreen 100%.

He noticed WD doesn't block exe files on Windows 11 and he bases his argument on this fact to claim that his dropper isn't blocked by WD from running exes. However, he dares not mention Windows 10 because I provided evidence.

HE HAS BEEN WARNED BY SOME MEMBERS IN THE FORUM. HE USES ARGUMENTS TO DECEIVE THOSE WHO ARE UNINFORMED.

SO, IN YOUR OPINION, IS HE RIGHT OR WRONG AND SHOULD HE BE BANNED FROM THE FORUM?

V3SP3R he is scam i dont know what happend to admin he dont do proper justice i have sent all my older exported chats to admin where it can be clearly seen that his dropper is complete bullshit and the guy is scamming people easily his dropper dont bypass smartscreen, his dropper detected with wd+cloud on runtime i never checked on scanner(.to) but im sure that results on scannerto will be even worst anyway he is feeding is family by making fool to people with his shit and useless product
also this asshole does a screen recording and will only share the clean part where the exe is not detected with wd for 1-2min
in my test he connected to me over anydesk we made tests till 1-2hours his all exe were detected and instantly deleted by wd as soon as i downloded the seller even saw that later somehow he managed to gave me the exe which was clean with wd, i didnot used in traffic all submition were off and the exe was kept at isolated system without any contact of any av but after 1-2hrs when i was about to put that loader in traffic i made final test and the loader was blocked by chrome and it was detected by wd.
i use my private old domains with a good hosting my domain is with da 50+ and pa 40+ which is obviously better then bb,github,dropbox,discord etc etc
anyway soon people will realise how shit is his service as soon as they deal with him

HE STILL HASN'T REPAID MY $80. I REQUEST admin to ask him to refund me $80 and kick him out of the forum for fraud.

I confirm that his Dropper allows the file to operate on WIN 11 for WD but it does not bypass the Smartscreen, contrary to his assertion of a 100% smartscreen bypass.

----> I opened AnyDesk for him to check on my Windows 11 computer. When it ran, a smart screen warning popped up. I asked him about it, and he told me to continue running it (he was trying to distract me from the issue).
After it finished running, the WD on Windows 11 did not detect anything. Then, I ran it on Windows 10 and the WD on Windows 10 detected it, alerted on the screen, and blocked my .exe file from functioning.
He was only focused on Windows 11 and tried to distract me from remembering the issue with Windows 10 and the smart screen.

Why do you keep letting this liar deceive you by lying to you? In this dispute, he lied that win11 issue was not fixed and you believed him. You ignored me even after I showed you all verified proof. But here he confirms again that it was fixed:

As an admin I believe you should know when a user is lying and making false slander against another user.

As you can see that was part of the last transaction & he received the file he paid for. You can see he confirmed here

that the issue was fixed with win11, even though he lied in the dispute & you believed him.

You continue to listen to this stupid liar but if you insist that I return the money after providing services professionally, then he must delete all the lies and false slander he made against me in this forum. He is the only stupid user who I have had any issue with because he lied to you and you believed him.

So if he wants refund, he must delete all the lies he made against me. All disputes were sorted out by you and I never scammed him or anyone so why will he lie on the forum that I scammed him and you believe him even after you sorted out the dispute.

Once he delete the lies and false slander against me, I will ban him from using my services because he is a worthless person.

Also he recruited this user nebulainstalls to lie against me, even after the dispute with the user was sorted out. So that user must also delete the lies that this liar instructed him to post on this forum against me

Once that is done he will get his refund
