Normally i dont open arbitaration for 20 dollar, but its more a principial thing .
Gagablik and i made a deal first time for 40 usd which went well trough garantor, i asked him if he could make some changes on a other page he asked 20 usd i sended him this without garantor. He told me he will fix the issue in 24hours already 4 days has passed by and he keep ignoring me, Now my friend today writed him on telegram and he answered. Also you might what is 20 dollar , but thing here is he made deals which he aint follow. I have all the proof if there is needed to add photos.
