Correct. This forum is more for technical folks to discuss technicalities of our business... code development, vulnerabilities, programming languages, etc.

There has not been an analogue for quite long times like dark0de or TF. Cryptbb tried to fill a void (fail!). There is still value on 0x00sec and Ycombinator but they are much different communities
