the buyer received all the tools
he refuses to give me the vps to install cobaltstrike and the tools

here is the test before I bought from him, I confirm that, I don't know how and how he did it but it's good because of the tests he sent before. but when we hand over the tool and check the actual tool and even wd is turned off, i don't get anything on the panel
