rightlog got $130 from me to provide me a profit and loss statement and a wells fargo business check, instead he gave me a photocopies wells fargo business check that isn't blank. i have been contacting him to either pay me back my money or send the check to me but he's refused. Admin please take this up

Please is there anywhere it was written that he wanted a blank check, secondly he said only when the seller provides this docs accurately will escrow be released. So if he didn't get docs he won't tell escrow to release funds.

I even told him earlier escrow charges on him but me pushed that to me. $126 - $130= $4. i owe him just $4

First of all the check you sent isn't a check, it's a photocopy of a check, i still gave you the benefit of doubt and sent $10 just to get a PROPER CHECK and not A PHOTOCOPY CHECK, if you want to refund me then you have to refund me $70 for the check cos what you provided was photocopy and not a check, everyone knows how a check looks like
