Is Cobalt Strike Tool Still Favorite of Black Hat Hackers for Sophisticated Attacks?
What is the new favorite tool in 2023?

You said it yourself. CS is a tool. There are many tools to do a job.

Cobalt is nice because many things are baked in and easy to use such as BOFs and such, and the reliability really can't be beat (has had a full team working on it for a long time). Generally, get a good loader and then pivot to Cobalt if you need. Havoc 0.6 is also very good as it has everything you need
