I have made a deal through Guarantor. Deal was to buy a exploit, a pdf exploit, like in

I have paid.
Seller connect me with anydesk, on my rdp. He install python 2.7.5 ftp , he put he`s files in my rdp and make a build. Clicking the build was working.
Now for my security I have asked to click (same .pdf file) into another rdp to see if is connecting or not. Seller have refuse it, as I was expected (anyway I have clicked) .
Ofc no connection come from the last rdp , because that .pdf file is working only on the pc where he`s files are inside.
I have confronted him , and he try to make social engenerring with me , told me that he want test to he`s rdp.
As I am not a script kiddie, I have seen this is pure stealing, and I have start this compain . Admin, I will send for test, he`s pdf file + he`s "builder" that is for beginers pure stealing of funds.
After that he talk about "he`s terms" , "only 1 connectivity allowed" . Full logs to admin

Sir, i have nothing to discuss further. he DID NOT PAY TO ME. i told him already. i no longer want any trade with him. he can get his money back from escrow. admin please refund him. No further arguments.
I told him my terms. i accept only 1 test, no further. he meet me outside forum and use many identity to chat me all to get the files. over 4 telegram chats, the main am is to get the files. i suspected this the moment i saw from his anydesk the contacts who chat me too on his telegram chat so i know it was a plan. so i disable everything. he took the file to put on another rdp without my permission too. he broke my terms. please. like i said no further arguement, refund him , i already disable the resource.
