No, he got a custom version of spyroid from original developer under a new name and GUI. Also with license system to allow him sell his own copies
EVLF is the orgiinal developer of Craxs Rat aka Cypher Rat.
Theres a bunch of fake accounts of him.
SpyRoid is just unpack the craxs rat and change color icon add his own keyauth thats it.
