I’ve used Wmare for a while with any kind of Windows. Just proxify the main Machine and it will give u the Ip on WM too.
Of course Take care of time , load some Cookies on the browser u’re going to use and am agent switcher of ur choice.

I think best setup is task dependet. At some objective enough virtualbox(cursed software)+ proxyfier/proxycap/ect. But don't forget you can use real device instead, there is many website for apptest like browserstack(cursed as well).
