Does anyone know how to get the full Exactis base? I only have a part and it would be really helpful to be able to get the full one. thanks in advance

I think this database has never been leaked before. however, it could be with someone here for sale. I have seen people selling it like each line on the DW . not the full data but just records. like 1 line 2 lines. etc...
