1 - So first how to spread your stealer! I will recommend Google ads , bing ads.
2 - how to bind your file and spoof extension its not recommended since you are spreading an exe, for example, create a landing page for GTA 5 cheat what you have to do only bind the cheat with your malware and encrypt the binder or you can crypt the stealer and bind the encrypted stealer with GTA 5 cheat and add it to a landing page, finally lunch your ads campaign.

6 - Add icon you can use Resource Hacker to steal any exe icon and replace it to your exe.

I have private bind tool, FUD output bind as many exe file you want + compression , icon change..etc

their are a few different methods one of the best and i recommended is to store the files on cloud for example if i need to bind .mp4 with malware , i store both if they are not big files and use c++ to download both files and write them to %temp% folder and run them at once in this way both files will run . this one of a few methods as i said their also more
