run php script from terminal

is there anyway to execute commands if the website has a file like this www.example/parser.php and it executes it in the browser without download it.

how can i execute commands to the parser.php script remotely from my terminal command line?

Я не понял. Если скрипт на сервере, так он там и выполняется, в браузере будет только результат его работы.
Если у вас же есть доступ к серверу , то cd ..папка скрипта.. , потом php ./parser.php
