Use network reconnaissance tools such as Nmap, which can help you identify active hosts on a network and collect information about those hosts.
Use IP tracking tools such as GeoIP Lookup or IP Tracker to locate the IP address of the origin server.
Use domain tracking tools such as Whois Lookup or DomainTools to identify the IP address associated with a domain name.
As for CF proxy IP addresses, you can try using reconnaissance tools such as Cloudflare IP Resolver to identify the actual IP address of the server.

This is garbage information, skid talk. Please dont reply bullshit outdated tools like CF resolver lol and of course nmap is good but I asked for records and history.

From my expirience SecurityTrails is really good for finding subdomains.
And it's always recomended to perform some kind of enumeration on the domain (using dirbuster\gobuster for exmaple) and subdomain wordlists.
