Looking for Good Shop with rare bins or a private CC seller

Hi i am looking for a good shop having rare bins.
I tried Yale, brians, BVCC etc but no good cc with balance. Most of the cards are dead with No ref

I am also looking for a private cc seller who can provide me those bins. If anyone sells private let me know or can recommend me a good shop with high valid rate will be appreciated.
