as far as i know they sell dumps with pin and cards for online purchases
i believe the dumps on brainsclub is valid. tested! but the rate is like 80% .

the information on Brians club is legit, buy a dump, get a card reader like a mx6 or something then encode the dump onto a blank card. use emu software if you want to use a atm
