It is a Latin American e-commerce platform that I use a lot for work but that has some functional and logical problems to solve that affect the operation and affect me as a user, I have already used all the official means of contact, including the programmers of the same And they don't pay attention to me, they ignore me!
It's as easy as saying... stop using the platform and look for another but there really is no other option at the moment, it's like there was only Linux

What would you do to get the attention of the developers of a platform? Or what advice would you give me to make known the failures when they are not security?

Because of things like this, I don't like the academy anymore, the legal IT market lacks a lot of talent! That's why I prefer wonderful forums like these (xss)!
