1. Download the jar file: https://github.com/h3110w0r1d-y/BurpLoaderKeygen/releases/tag/1.14
2. Make sure you have java or install from here: https://www.java.com/en/download/
3. Open Jar file
4. Click option to download latest burp suite version and save it in same directory
5. Check autorun and change license text if you want
6. Run the program
If you want to make a start menu shortcut for it you can make a batch file with the same content as the "Loader Command" prompt. When you open with that batch file it should now open burp suite without the keygen opening
