I am able to legally kill someone in the USA.
After filing and certifying their death a process will begin that ends with the social security administration marking their ssn as deceased and eventually adding it to the ssn death masterfile.
This has been tested and verified.
The volunteer was actually picked up on a child support warrant which they paid and bonded out on immediately, but the first thing the police asked was if they knew why their name was popping up
as deceased. Once at the police station they were also pulled aside and asked by a detective. They feigned ignorance and nothing else was mentioned about.
They were processed, paid their fine and then released.
A day before this they noticed an issue with a direct deposit in their cashapp. They decided to make a new account but kept getting errors until they decided to use their cpn which worked.
They then tried opening a few other things requiring ssn and were denied each time.

Perhaps to avoid legal issues in some states? Can you legally prosecute a dead man?
Child support for certain states that dont go after the deceased person estate?
I dont know but i think there are much greater and profitable applications i am uncertain of. Thoughts?
