Where to scrape personal leads?

I heard of a method using instagram, bot to scrape people emails but I couldnt even get the app to login. Some cookie issue.
I am not looking for emails of companies i am looking for personal emails based on some center of interest. It's for a very legal marketing campaign

Email is personal data, you won't be able to scrape them from IG. PM me your target auditory and I can try to get you some emails
