Which country do you think is best to live in for hackers? Here is some criterias to consider that would make it "the best" for us:

-Crypto friendly?
-No extradition?
-Cost of living
-Can you bribe the justice?
-Health care system
--Banking privacy

i will suggest to learn how to be quiet, and more rely on your own OPSEC

you dont even hesitate to need any protection from others when no one dont know about what you do.

and when you need any business in real-life, use a broker/services and contact them using a persona

OPSEC is definitely a priority before doing any work. I was expecting in worst case scenario and also for good lifestyle. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Here the money will not decide. I don't know how it works in other countries, in Russia the president issues citizenship. To obtain Russian citizenship, you must live in Russia for 5 years under a "residence permit," have a white job (bought), and pass the exam for proficiency in the Russian language, you can probably buy it too, but when obtaining citizenship, they are unlikely to speak English with you

Personally, my opinion, top 3 countries for hacker-Russia, China and North Korea. Russia is currently the best option, the next 5-10 years there will be no problems if you work on USA and EU. As a backup move, in the event of a change of power to a pro-American one, you can leave for China, literally by car. It's good there too, but frightening is the death penalty for drugs, haha. Just today I saw the news that a completely unmanned taxi was launched in China. Living in Russia with money - drugs, whores, yacht and cars. If you plan to earn a lot, and do what you love, build a business, it is better to go to China

What about Seychelles ? I know almost nothing about this country, but the first thing which come to mind is bullet proofs and other censorship free services geo located in that island. Russia has no extradition only to US and only for own citizens.
if you are mexican citizen, you will be sended in EU or anywhere in 3 days ))

This means I will have to get permanent residence for 5 years and apply for citizenship after. Well, I already started learning the cyrillic alphabet, that's a start )

- By investment: You can also start a new business to qualify for citizenship by investment. The criteria for entrepreneurs is straightforward: generate 10 million rubles in taxable revenue each year for three years into a Russian company formation which creates at least 10 jobs.

If you don’t want to run a business yourself, you can buy into a larger business. With an investment of the same 10 million rubles, you can own 10% of a profitable business that pays at least $100,000 per year in taxes.

By marriage:

- Russia is one of many countries that offers an expedited or more simple path to naturalization for spouses of their citizens.

Upon marriage to a Russian citizen — resident in Russia — foreign spouses are eligible for a residence permit regardless of whether the country’s quota on foreign residents has already been filled that year.

*Also: That said, if you run a business or have a highly impressive resume that can land you a job, Russia is basically making getting Russian citizenship process free for qualified immigrants. Something to keep in mind.

What do you mean by highly impressive resume? Getting a normal job as a programmer or whatever cant work?

I cannot say exactly what qualifies 'highly impressive' resume but I would guess some talent that Russia is in need. Maybe some good programmers could qualify since lot of coders got away from the country because of the war.
