Can you share an image of the website / how it does work?
Honestly I don't like those strict platforms that require a top-up to finish the account sign-in without evening being able to see how it should work / what kind of logs they have.

sorry, looks like this shop and its admin have been blacklisted here on xss and on exploit too. Might be better to wait and see before sending any money there
