IP Whitelist.

There are ways to get de-listed from those IP blacklists, usually requiring explicitly requesting it from the providers.
However, it's not that easy and require some time so might not be worth if you only sent huge quantities of spam through it.

Generally speaking, I've seen they tend to de-list the IP only when you're able to mix the spam traffic with legit one.

Also, don't even mind the ones related to UCEPROTECT as they seem to ban IPs just because they come from specific subnets but their service isn't really used by email providers to block inbound traffic.

can changing the hosting server solve this issue like transfer of domain to adifferent server and buying new SSL

It does in the short-term.
However, providers like aged hosts for this kind of traffic.
Changing server IP + SSL would result in a fresh IP which isn't warmed up and could potentially give out the same problem in a short time span (1/2 weeks at best)
