We worked peacefully for 1-3 times, his work was done efficiently and i was paid on time. After the first couple of times he began to vanish for days, he would write only when there is work. He will give work, reply when the work is completed and vanish for 2-3 days without payment. After 2-5 days he would respond to my messages and pay.
2600Mhz one day proposed to me that we should adopt a new pattern where i would work and he will pay weekly $1000. I gave him my working hours he agreed.
For one week he came online to gave work and i did the work. Time for payment came he vanished again. He came online again after one week to give some more work, i did the work. He now owes me 1000$ and will respond to my messages only when i threaten with arbitration. He owes money and yet is making deals on the forum.
I will provide all chat logs upon request admin, if he will pay he should pay. If he cannot pay there should be a ban.
