it depends, what will you need? Do the sites block bots heavily? By automating you can only do so much (unless you know about ML and procedural behaviour, that I don't know)

Places like Facebook, Instagram and the like rate-limit bots when they detect one

do you know real automations about social networks, I am looking for information about this.

No bot farms for visits, if not automatic content, through some script, code through gpt and something else linked

If you know I would be grateful to know more about this, or information

For instagram, facebook... there are APIs public so there are projects out there that could be worth a try: https://github.com/mifi/instauto
https://github.com/adw0rd/instagrapi

For mass automation I don't know much, I believe you could scale these services
