In theory, this should be possible by setting up a LAN with HWVPN/DDWRT that will tunnel your connection to whatever network in New Jersey. Then from Machine #1 set up IP forwarding, enable ICS. Machine #2 will ad-hoc machine #1 using its int as default gateway. Two more machines can be set up outside of the LAN. They should be matched to triangulate the network address used by the HWVPN on Wigle by cloning MAC. Then use whatever utility to send out beacons.
