He messaged me when I posted that i needed something, he said that he would do the work without any problem, I sent him the money and there were problems that it couldnt finish the job. He said he would refund my money or he would use it for paying a new invoice. In the end he invented everything that he could do it and since when he said about refunding my money back, he doesnt answer any of my messages.
