Как максимально обезопасить и продлить срок службы домена на фишинг страницах?
Посоветуйте провайдеров которыеигнорируют/ долго отвечают на абузы.

Я чтал, что выпустить Let's Encrypt - равносильно слить свою страницу фиш-аналитикам.
Какие сертификаты лучше всего юзать, и где их покупать, дабы домен прожил дольше?

I do not run phishing pages, but there is a thing you always should consider, it is the REGISTAR which controls the TLD you choosed, I not an experted on this topic too, but you can can see some things after some news, take for example the domains used by Z-Library, which FBI tried to take over after the last arrests. If you are looking carefully you will noticed that FBI take over almost all their domains, but singlelogin.me just surived. From this you can assume that the org behind TLD .me dont give a fuck about FBI. There is some other history like those about TLD .to , So its a starting point for your question.

There are more SSL certificates for free ...not only Let s encrypt...
Also like el84 say ...it depends what TLD do you use...some are more phising friendly ...some not at all...

And regarding last longer.... better buy more then 1 domain...use 5-10 domains.... if you want or have more success

для начала попробуй не рассылать по тухлым базам.
лично я пишу абузы на любое говно "срочно введите 12 заветных слов" приходящее на ящики, с которыми я регистрировался на bitcointalk и btc-e.

Technically, anyone can create their own SSL certificate by generating a public-private key pairing and including all the information. Such certificates are called self-signed certificates because the digital signature used, instead of being from a CA, would be the website's own private key.
