Shell upload on website Help

Trying to upload the shell but it gives error:

ERROR
The image “http://freebbs2dwn7bay3hljm5pqs5qn7tot6clwouqdnvueozf7bt3y5ldid.onion/mimepart/57816/5/upload.png.php” cannot be displayed because it contains errors.


it parses it as jpg instead of php what can be done? I can pay $$$ for help!

Because Citadel BBS (engine of this site) work not on php...
It won't parse php, it doesn't know what is php...
It knows what a picture is, but your shell doesn't look like a picture So error...
