you would need to access the blockchain in some way correct? or manage the DNS and poison it
install "blockchain DNS" browser extension, install firewall program, open blockchain domain in the browser, watch firewall log for outgoing connections.
the domain shall resolve even if there is no website.

the domain is decentralized because it's on the blockchain, but the hosting is not. so, just whois it and see where it's pointing.
if it isn't pointing to a reverse proxy like cloudflare, then that's it's real IP.

and then what to do with the Cloudflare?
check to the dns records, sometimes the MX server will leak the IP or it will be accidentally included in a TXT record. the whole point of cloudflare though is protect from ddos and hide your servers, so it's like asking how do you find the real ip of a tor server. the only way is if it's misconfigured and leaking data.
