made a deal with valley-hood that he would obtain uk mail: pass for me, he said he'll find vulnerable sites and extract bases for me. we finally agreed on conditions with price of $300. i then proceeded to ask to do deal via forum guarantor when he insisted that we don't use it for our first time due to whatever contrived reasons (at which point i became cynical but sent it to him anyway due to his rep on forum)
he told me at most he'd need 1-3 days, but within our conditions i gave him a week of which i kept to that grace period. it has been beyond a week now (sent it 28/01/23) and throughout periodically i would ask for an update to no avail. so i have no choice but to go this route as it appears he's seemingly ran off since he is very much online yet still doesn't feel compelled to answer me. quick to take my btc but doesn't want to respond. so perhaps this will make him converse.
