are they created accounts or hacked if created your never sending 700k on them the panel might say 700k limit but anyone can make this with CC not hard to do
and like all the domain and IP need warming for inbox rate to be good
seems like created im guessing right ??
Even hacked accounts still neeed warming on new domains although they are better than created
created accs are ok for shoeshoe iff you have them in big amounts

they are not hacked, if they were hacked they would have a different price
they have dedicated ip even why its not warmup, it doesnt have a domain either
