Wonder to know if I can find any real SS7 service/exploit seller! on XSS or outside.

Found like 1 - 2 websites who claim to provide this service but they are kind of untrust worthy

All the sites which are publically offering it are a scam.

Your best option will be to register as MVNO in some African country, and rent
