Blue team vs Red team

Has anyone had an actual job as either one? What are your thoughts? I'm interested in learning more about them but I don't know which one could be more interesting, or if they share some common knowledge. Also what is more demanding on the market.

Blue team, Red team, pilot, doctor, engineer.

agree with kiloton. no one will tell you his real work history, but for answer your question, it is clear that red team are not as wanted as he is needed, because otherwise we will not be able to do our work. it stays obvious really.
