Hard to say which might be the best for this year, ermac and hydra are good, sharkbot and xenomorph too, it may depend on how much you're willing to pay for a rent of course, Alien from what I hear is in definitive decline, or if you know how to arrange something, good old anubis

AS far as i know it s a new upcoming project just launched in december seems preety good but is a rat not a botnet so u don t have no injects for banks etc

All the android malwares are able to bypass Play Protect, you just need to crypt it in a good way.
If you are talking about "This file could potentially damage your device" before the .APK file download starts, then those warnings can't be suppressed; the only way to do that is using a Play Store loader.

thanks , crypt android payload is something i never find befor to be honest , is there especially crypter for andoirt rats or when i buy the rat from the owner he handel this problem !

Usually the seller deals with those issues, just try avoid buying public/leaked software
