There's no one click solution to cracking passwords from rar/zip files. Maybe there is a step by step wizard for retarded, skids.

You need to do as suggested and extract the password's hash to either dictionary attack or bruteforce in hashcat.

That being said most people won't waste their time on such nauce work when there is time spent doing better things.

If you truly want to crack the password then pay someone to run their GPU into the ground. Otherwise, fuck off.
