You bought it trough the forum escrow and you finalized the deal after trying it, I don't think you are eligible to any buyer protection, especially considering that as you said you used the builder for the full month and your license expired.
Also you never contacted me for any of those issues, you actually never contacted me at all I believe (unless your TG username is different from the forum tag).

Я согласен. В данном случае, деньги платятся за сервис, ведь сабж существует и так в паблике. У клиента начались проблемы в день покупки, продолжились и через неделю. Был попрошен манибек, сервис в нем отказал, аргументируя внутренними правилами сервиса. Я считаю, что ТС полностью прав. Во-первых, начнем с того, что манибек за неиспользованное время должен быть предусмотрен в принципе. Возможно с какой-то небольшой потерей, за предпринятые телодвижения и работу сервиса. Но просто собирать месячные подписки вперед нельзя, это неправильно.
QuantumSoftware, прошу сделать полный манибек клиенту в размере 1900 EUR в течении 24 часов.
