GET PHONE NUMBER OF EMAIL USER ? ANY WAY (DOX OR ..) ??

hey guys I have logs acc and I want to get the phone number of the holder ( I know his email) .. can anyone tell me method or just tell me the name of the method and I will make search for it.

my enlighs not very good but i reccomed putting email into have i been pwned and seeing if there phone number was leaked with a database in relation to the email accounting.
