(1) Apart from big exchanges, create account in paxful with self-reg-data. refill small amount by self and make 1-2 transaction in paxful (like buying crypto). Saved seller contact and bank account details. When you transfer big amount (or get fraud money) in self-reg-account, buy crypto in paxful from same seller. because you already done 1 or 2 transaction with him, hence not bank or seller get suspisous. as soon as you get crypto in your paxful wallet, transfer it other wallet.
(2) Another method is create account is payoneer with same data. done few small transaction and then look victim, like people who wants to sell BTC or other crypto in exchange with Payoneer USD.

Prefer E-Cheque transaction inside Payoneer.

When victim share his payoneer account, send E-cheque from self-reg-account to your own Payoneer account (buy Payoneer USD by paying from Bank) and Money reflects in Payoneer within 5 minute (cheque are subject to realization) and send Payoneer USD to Victim account. Its reflect there too (but as its e-cheque, its subject to realization, it was cancelled automatically when Payoneer don't get money), As soon as Victim release crypto, transfer it to outside wallet from Paxful and cancel E-Cheque. Victim don't get Payoneer USD as you already cancell E-Cheque. ( it works below 5k and preffer try to get 2-3 victim with 2k/per victim).
