Edit 2: Had to open a dispute and close the deal. Seller sent me some random .zip archive stating it's the source-code.
After asking him if he could provide me just a webpanel + way to infect the iOS device to test in the 24 hours we agreed he rejected and asked for an additional $8000 payment.

Doing something like this on IOS is gonna be really hard without as example a Webkit exploit(with a chain 4 kernel access).
Always be careful, especially when dealing with IOS bot(most likely a scam)
