Guys do not use Njal.la.
They will take your money and then will block your account and say that you broke their terms of service. And guess what, they don't even have the Terms of Service )))
They are bunch of idiots so beware!

I use them for a good year now without probs.

I had several projects with them before and they were fine. However lately they started blocking accounts with no explanation.
So they take your money and say that you broke terms, but technically they do not have any terms published on their website.

Anyway, better use other providers or start moving your domains somewhere else because once the domain is locked, you cant change the NS nameservers or DNS Records.

people have been saying this for awhile. they used to be good but over the last year or two, they've been stealing domains and money.

They began to respond to complaints, more precisely, they themselves are not not actually a domain name registration service, they're a customer to these. And this service Between The Domain Name Registration Service and You, Acting as a Privacy Shield. In general, if someone writes a complaint against you, they change the DNS on the domain and ask to move from them to another service, to another registrar. It is better than just block the domain or when the domain is taken to the hold.

Most probably you posted phishing-like things, that were detected by web-scapers (like NetCraft). At least, as a basic shield from them, block their scaper's user agents on server-side or buy non-abusable servers. Please note, that Njala can be anonymous, but isn't anti-abusable.

Ну вот именно.
Этот сервис обычный сервис реселлинга доменов, по овер прайсу.
Не более того.
По всем абузам они отработают и полочат как минимум домены, а то и акк с балансом как писали выше.

We haven't even published the website.
So this was the whole point, that there is now refund nor any explanation why.
Anything illegal or gray has all the rights for count closure as it breaks moral laws as well.
