Can you read the private key or 2fa in Wallet.dat?I have several files, and there are several btc in it.

Impossible , wallet.dat very encrypted files.

will be very hard to read the .dat file without the keys...imagine you get attacked and they simply open it with textpad x)

You would need the master key used to encrypt the wallet.dat file.

A small amount of research brought me to this write-up, maybe this would be helpful to you.

Brute force is also an option, but as usual it would take both time and some beefy hardware.

As far as I can remember you can extract private keys from BTC Core/QT wallet after loading your old wallet.dat file with your completely synced core/qt wallet.

Maybe I'm wrong, long time without using core/qt.

Yes correct, some hint or little password info is required to actually bruteforce the wallet.
