Не работает установка ethereum библиотеки

Когда я вожу pip install ethereum, то выдаёт ошибку
Многие на соседним форуме писали про шаблоны настроек мол они нужны
Можете подсказать в чём проблема и как решить?

C++ build tools должен быть установлен

У тебя не достаёт каких то зависимостей, попробуй установить python3-dev

MSVC как я понимаю стоит, должно быть все четко. Попробуй удалить python полностью и установи 3.8.*
Возможно конфликт версий библиотек.

Было что-то такое, когда ставил aiohttp
Попробуй установить visual studio с опцией "разработка классических приложений на C++", скорее всего поможет
